Tamheer Program

About the program

The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) in cooperation with the semi-governmental sectors and government and private companies to raise the efficiency of graduates and prepare them for the job market after completing the application request by the Business Partners Department to complete the application and send it to the Talent Development Department and the training period extends from three months to six months.

Target Audience

Fresh graduates of bachelor's  and master' s degrees from Saudi or foreign universities as well as those who have been out of work for a period of six months and more.

Program policies

The trainee must not have previously enrolled and benefited from the Tamheer program.

 The trainee must not be registered in GOSI within the past six months from the date of the of the training opportunity.

Saudi Post-SPL does not commit to any additional amounts as a reward for the trainee.

The trainee must abide by the rules and regulations of SPL, which will be provided to the trainee on the first day of training.

Program Requirements

The qualification must match the training opportunity for which the candidate is nominated.

Proficiency in English.

Achieve 3/4 of the basic competencies of Meqdam during the interview.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How long is the program?

The duration depends on the need and starts from three months and in SPL we use the full duration of six months in order to enable the trainee to benefit from the experience and master the tasks assigned to him. 

Q: Is there a reward for the trainee? 

A: Yes, there is a bonus for the intern of SAR 3,000 provided by (HRDF) without any other financial obligation by SPL 

Q: Can the trainee interrupt the internship?

A:Yes, the trainee can stop training whenever he wants before he completes the three months period so that he can get another opportunity in the remaining three-month period. 

Q: Is SPL obligated to employ? 

A: SPL does not commit to employ any trainee through the Tamheer program, but if the trainee has distinguished skills, he will be among the candidates in the event of job vacancies.
