About the Program

We target talents from recent graduates to join us, the program comes as part of social responsibility to attract the best talent to be part of our team

Program Structure

➢ Track 1 Specialist Graduates: specialized in a field and have a preassigned department based on the needs of SP

➢ Track 2 Generalist Graduates: allocation is based on department needs and graduate’s interests at the end of the program

• Rotation Specialization:

➢ Specialized department rotation, holistic focus across multiple departments depending on the cluster of the career path

 Program Duration

➢ Graduates will go through 12 months of development for both tracks

 Selection Process

➢ Age 21-27years

➢ Experience 0-1 year of work experience

➢ Professional Certificates (preferably)

 Qualifications

➢ Degree ( Bachelors or Masters )

➢ University approved by the Ministry of Education

➢ GPA 3.75/5 & 2.75/4

➢ Graduates to provide us with English proficiency level of Tofel 46-59 & IELTS 5-5.
